Meet our Providers
Jenna Lizewski DNP, FNP-C
Jenna, owner and founder of Birch Hill Health, PLLC, has 17 years of experience working in healthcare. She has been a family nurse practitioner (FNP) for the last 9 years, mostly in the traditional primary care system, as well as preoperatively for surgeries.
Before becoming an NP, Jenna worked as a registered nurse (RN) in a number of different clinical settings, including a level 1 trauma/emergency center, emergency mental health services, and inpatient substance use/mental health.
She obtained her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2016 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2018, both from the University of Massachusetts Medical School Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing.
Jenna loves serving patients of all ages in her community. She started her direct primary care (DPC) practice after she began to burn out in the traditional healthcare system. She wanted a better care model for both her patients and herself.
When not at the office, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She lives in York, ME with her husband Chris, daughter Evelyn, son Owen, and Brittany spaniel Hank.
She is incredibly grateful to all her wonderful patients and hopes to meet you soon!

“I have been seeing Jenna for almost two years and I am very impressed with how caring and professional she is. She takes as much time as needed to explain what is going on. I have sent friends to her. I am going to stay with her because I have all the faith in the world in her. She is a very kind person and she knows what she’s doing.”
